There are two programs that have had complete success in removing the malware you have. Super Antispyware free and MalwareBytes Antimalware.
Be aware though that the malware is constantly changing file names and locations to hide from the security programs. It is most important that you update them prior to scanning. Both programs update daily and often 2 or 3 times daily. So if all of the malware isn’t found the first scan, just wait until next sets of updates are released.

In a lot of cases the malware has blocked downloading, updating and scanning. In those cases you will need to download from another computer to a CD, flash drive or have a friend email to you. Once the .exe of each program is on your computer, find the .exe and rename by right clicking and choosing rename by changing the .exe to .com.
Both programs can be manually updated, too the same way.
There are several others here posting links to sites that may be harmful and also might just be advertising.
You need to download and scan your system with Malwarebytes and SuperantiSpyware (links below)
If you are unable to download or use the software below then its likely you are being redirected or blocked from downloading and running security software by a trojan hidden in your device manager follow the instructions below and you should be able to download Malwarebytes and SuperantiSpyware.
start > run > type: devmgmt.msc > enter > view > show hidden devices > non-plug and play drivers > in the list of drivers look for the following, right click and disable any that appear in your list:
ATi1jaxx
TDSSserv.sys
TDSSxyz.sys where xyz are random characters
Clbdriver.sys,
Gaopdxserv.sys,
Seneka or Seneka.sys
Restart computer.
Once downloaded you need to install, update and scan your computer with both Malwarebytes and SuperantiSpyware, delete everything they find, if this fails to completely remove the malware you need to download then update Avast and run a boot scan (click schedule boot-time scan and restart your PC), all the software below is free and safe to use.
Malwarebytes: http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php
SuperantiSpyware: http://www.superantispyware.com/download.html
Avast Anti-Virus: http://www.avast.com/eng/avast_4_home.html
To protect your PC in the future you’ll need to install anti-virus software and a firewall, id recommend using Avast anti-virus and Comodo firewall both are very effective and completely free, you should also switch to Firefox 3 if you are browsing with Internet Explorer as its much safer and a lot easier to use. Remember never download anything thats recommend by a pop-up.
A fraud called a smitfraud.Uninstall any toolbar that you have on your browser, pirated game(s)/software,porn trailers as these are a few of the ways that this thing gets in.I’ll bet you have a Yahoo toolbar and my guess it came in through that.
Go to Major Geeks at http://www.majorgeeks.com and download the SmitFraudFix program and run it in safe mode only.
